Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage schedule, appointments, and
- Organize and prioritize tasks across multiple business areas.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and other documentation.
- Real Estate Assistance:
- Assist with administrative tasks and communication associated with our real estate businesses, which include real estate sales, new construction, rental properties, and "flips"
- Collaborate with our real estate team as needed (3 agents, transaction coordinator, marketing/video editor)
- Marketing & Social Media:
- Collaborate with the in-house video editor/marketing manager on social media campaigns.
- Post, schedule, and monitor content on platforms such as Instagram,
- Create visually appealing materials using tools like Canva and maintain/update websites via Wix.
- Aviation Support:
- Assist in coordination / tasks related to our aviation businesses - contract pilot work, aircraft sales, flight school support, and related administrative tasks.
- IT Consulting:
- Provide general administrative support to our IT business operations.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong ability to multitask and adapt to various business needs.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Wix).
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and processes.
- Understanding of aviation industry basics.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams or video editors.

- High-speed, reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work US Central Time hours.
