**Prior experience working with an investment/venture capital firm is a plus, but not required.



Job Details:
We are looking to fill an Executive Assistant role for the CEO of a venture capital firm. Your responsibilities will include being the CEO’s right hand person and working on a multitude of interesting tasks. For example, some tasks may include researching and evaluating new companies to invest in, sending outreach emails to engage with new companies of interest, admin tasks, and much more.

-Working as the CEO’s right-hand person

-Research tasks
-Various projects
-Project management
-Being an extension of the CEO and helping to tackle daily challenges



Detailed Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant working with high-level C-Suite individuals.



Technical Qualifications:
-Proficient in English
-Must have a good internet connection
-Must have a computer
-Google suite proficient: gmail, sheets, docs, slides, etc.
-Attio CRM or similar experience


Salary and Details:
This is a full-time work from home role for a U.S. company: 40 hours per week.

The hours are Mon-Fri 1pm-9pm PST. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE, due to the 16 hour time difference, this is really Tuesday-Saturday 5am-1pm Philippine time. Essentially, due to the time difference, you actually have Sundays and Mondays off.

Paid 45 minute lunch break included.

The pay is $5 an hour to start.

On average, 3-6 major U.S. holidays paid: (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.)

3 paid sick/vacation days after a 3-month probationary period (this is on top of the major holidays listed above).

Guaranteed 1 year raise (minimum 10%-20%).

***Important: if you have another job that conflicts with this schedule, please do not apply. Your screen will be tracked (Time Doctor software) so if it is discovered that you are working 2 jobs during the same schedule, you will end up wasting your time and ours.

Start date: sometime around November 25th. A set date will be provided after interviewing.

You will be an independent contractor. You will get paid via Payoneer twice a month.
