About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Executive Assistant to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive virtual assistance to our clients, managing a variety of administrative and creative tasks to support their needs. Your responsibilities will include handling data entry, communications, content creation, and other essential tasks that help ensure our clients’ operations run smoothly. This position offers an opportunity to work independently while receiving full training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with administrative tasks including data entry, invoicing, and processing donations.
Prepare and send weekly
Manage and update documents, databases, and client records.
Create engaging content using Canva for various purposes.
Apply basic graphic design skills for marketing and internal communications.
Prepare and send letters and other communications as required.
Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience or experience as a virtual assistant (VA), or relevant VA certifications/courses.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and
Creative skills in Canva and basic graphic design are a plus.
Bookkeeping experience and familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks are a plus.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to quickly learn new tools and software; full training will be provided.
Willingness to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities.
