The ideal Virtual Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that daily tasks, meetings, and assignments are well-managed and that our tea
**Responsibilities:
- Daily Reminders: Send morning notifications to ensure I'm awake and aware of the day’s schedule.
-Event Reminders & Follow-Ups: Keep track of all important meetings, appointments, and deadlines, providing timely reminders and follow-ups.
- Task Management: Oversee ongoing assignments, tracking progress, and reminding you of deadlines or due tasks.
- Daily Summaries: Provide a structured daily summary of what’s planned, any outstanding tasks, and deadlines approaching.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings as needed, managing scheduling conflicts and keeping calendars updated.
- Documentation & Organization: Organize and maintain information, ensuring easy access to schedules, notes, and important data.

- Document Management: Use Microsoft Word and Excel to organize documents and prepare reports, summaries, or updates.
**Qualifications:
-Strong English skills, including excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication.
-Proficient typing skills, along with experience using Gmail, Word, and Excel.
-Customer service experience with a friendly and patient demeanor.
-Basic graphic design skills are a plus (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar).
-Self-motivated with the ability to think ahead, organize tasks, and prioritize efficiently.
-Highly organized and capable of managing information, appointments, and daily agendas.
-Loyal, agreeable, and able to build a reliable working relationship, demonstrating patience and support.
