About Us:
We are a rapidly growing e-commerce business seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities. This role is crucial to maintaining the efficiency of our team and the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Task Prioritization & Calendar Management:
Prioritize the CEO’s daily tasks and manage their calendar, ensuring efficient time management and focus on high-impact activities.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, with attention to detail and foresight to prevent conflicts.
Team Communication & Progress Tracking:
Act as a liaison between the CEO and the team, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups on tasks and projects.
Track team progress, provide regular updates to the CEO, and assist in resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Management:
Create, organize, and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and clarity across all business processes.
Continuously update and refine SOPs as the business evolves.
Human Resources (HR) Support:
Handle HR requests, including processing employee inquiries and maintaining employee records.
Manage the recruitment process by posting job listings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding of new hires.
Productivity & Operational Support:
Assist the CEO in staying on task, setting reminders, breaking down goals into actionable steps, and managing their daily agenda.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency within the company’s operations.
Personal Assistance:
Provide personal support to the CEO, including managing
Delegate tasks to other tea
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Highly effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
Proficiency in task management and collaboration tools.
Experience with HR processes and recruitment is a plus.
