Job Overview:

We are in search of a versatile and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant Extraordinaire who can seamlessly support our board members, executive director, and manage team and event coordination. If you excel in productivity software, client email communications, and have a solid understanding of accounting or bookkeeping, this role is for you! Bonus points if you have experience with fundraising and nonprofit grant writing.


Responsibilities:

• Productivity Pro: Master the use of productivity software to keep our operations running smoothly.
• Client Communication: Handle client email communications with professionalism and efficiency.
• Financial Guru: Assist with accounting and bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support the Leaders: Provide administrative support to board members and the executive director.
• Event Coordination: Manage team and event coordination, including webinars, Microsoft Teams meetings, and team reporting tasks.
• Tech Enthusiast: Embrace a love for technology and continuously seek ways to leverage it for improved efficiency.
• Fundraising & Grants: Utilize your skills in fundraising and nonprofit grant writing to support our mission (bonus skill!).


Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in administrative support roles.
• Tech Savvy: Strong experience with productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and internal communications.
• Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting or bookkeeping principles.
• Versatile Skill Set: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to various roles as needed.
• Event Coordination: Proven ability to manage and coordinate events and team activities.
• Fundraising & Grant Writing (Bonus): Experience in nonprofit fundraising and grant writing is a significant plus.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
