Join a large IT services company, playing a key role in providing L1 IT support for voice and chat channels.
What You'll Do:
- Provide IT support through voice and chat channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Helpdesk/Troubleshooting, Active Directory (AD), and Domain Name Systems (DNS).
- Manage Windows Servers and utilize ConnectWise or other ticketing systems.
- Handle user creation/termination and application installations.
- Set up printers and resolve internet down issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot Office 365 and Office suite applications.

Who We're Looking For:
- Highly Organized: Exceptional organizational skills for handling diverse tasks.
- Detail-Oriented: Focus on accuracy, especially with IT support and troubleshooting.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, including knowledge of Helpdesk/Troubleshooting, Active Directory (AD), Domain Name Systems (DNS), Windows Servers, ConnectWise or other ticketing systems, user creation/termination, application installation, printer setups, internet down issues, Office 365 setup, and Office suite troubleshooting.
- Communication Skills: Must have good communication skills.
