PRACPROS is a fast-growing marketing agency serving dental and local businesses across North America. We deliver high-impact marketing strategies using SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and Paid Campaigns to drive real results for our clients.

We're looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to lead and manage Meta ad campaigns and expand into other social media platforms as needed (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.). This role requires someone with a strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, A/B testing, creative collaboration, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram).
Monitor campaign performance and make real-time optimizations to meet KPIs (leads, ROAS, CPL).
Expand and manage campaigns on other platforms (e.g. TikTok, LinkedIn) as needed.
Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad visuals and copy based on performance data.
Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve targeting.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and best practices in paid social advertising.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager in an Agency
Experience with paid campaigns across other platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with ad metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPA, etc.
Ability to write clear briefs for creatives and understand what visuals perform well.

Agency experience is preferred

Bonus if you have:

Experience working with dental or local business industries.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and reporting dashboards (e.g., Data Studio).
