We are a company specializing in infrared sauna parts, dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Salesperson Assistant to support our sales team. Your role will involve assisting customers in identifying the correct parts, managing leads, and providing outstanding customer service via email, SMS, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication: Engage with customers via email, SMS, or phone to gather details and assist with part identification. Customer Service and Call Management: Provide prompt, high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat. Screen all incoming calls.
Data Collection: Collect pictures and descriptions from customers to make the sales process faster for the parts and to ensure accurate part identification. Verify stock availability.
Lead Management: Process incoming leads and follow up with customers as needed to facilitate sales.
Customer Feedback: Gather reviews and feedback to help improve customer satisfaction.
Sales & Inventory Support: Assist with order processing and inventory checks to ensure timely delivery.
Customer Inquiries: Address questions regarding part availability, pricing, and compatibility.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, parts sales, or inventory management is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage customer inquiries via email, SMS, and phone.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho preferred), Google Suite, Excel, and Skype.
Basic knowledge of equipment parts is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or customer service certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in English.
Familiarity with sauna and wellness industries is a plus.
Ability to collect and interpret technical information, such as pictures and descriptions, for accurate part identification.
Strong customer follow-up and relationship management skills.

Work Schedule & Holidays:

Full-time, weekdays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (12:00 AM - 9:00 AM Manila Time).
Sick leave and vacation eligibility after the 6-month probation period.
Observance of most Filipino holidays.
