Excellent English, verbal and written, is the most important thing with this position.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage prospective client calls, conduct initial screenings, and either promote the Firm’s paid consultation or transition qualified leads to the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to follow structured scripts, processes, and procedures.

Key responsibilities include entering client data into our system, creating electronic matters, and maintaining follow-ups from the initial contact through 30 days post-hire. The position also involves reaching out to warm leads to convert them into paying clients. During downtime, light administrative tasks will be required.

Preferred working hours are Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Eastern) for a four-day workweek, though a Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM schedule will also be considered.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a strong ability to adapt to training and follow established procedures.
