Job Description:
We are looking for an Excel/Google Sheets expert who has experience working with RingCentral call logs. We need custom formulas to analyze our weekly call logs and generate key performance metrics.
Scope of Work:
Using a RingCentral call log report (sample file provided), create formulas to extract and summarize the following data:
1. # of Inbound Calls While on Shift
2. # of Inbound Calls Answered (by user)
3. % of Calls Answered vs. Calls Missed
4. # of Missed Calls (per number)
5. # of Outbound Calls (made by user)
6. # of Missed Calls/Voi
7. Time Taken to Call Back Missed Calls/Voi
Additional Information:
- We have three main RingCentral numbers, all set up in call queues.
- Calls to these numbers are forwarded to our on-shift staff.
- We need formulas or automated calculations that will help us track and improve call performance.
Ideal Candidate:
? Strong Excel/Google Sheets formula skills
? Experience working with RingCentral call logs (or similar VoIP call data)
? Understanding of call queue systems and call tracking metrics
? Ability to create easy-to-use automated reports
