JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an Excel Payroll Specialist who is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and an absolute master when it comes to Microsoft Excel. Your primary responsibility will be managing and processing weekly payroll with accuracy, efficiency, and complete confidentiality.

As our Excel expert, you’ll be tasked with creating, managing, and optimizing payroll spreadsheets, ensuring timely and precise payments, and providing clear reports on payroll data each week.

Responsibilities:
• Process weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Create and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets for payroll tracking and reporting.
• Manage payroll-related data entry, updates, and accuracy checks.
• Generate clear payroll summaries and reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of payroll records.

Qualifications:
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis.
• Prior payroll processing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
