Job Summary: We are seeking an Excel Guru with strong accounting expertise to manage supplier payments, track financial schedules, and optimize budgeting processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supplier payment terms, logistics coordination, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage a list of suppliers and vendors from China and other locations, ensuring up-to-date payment terms and schedules.
• Track container departures and ETAs to guarantee timely supplier payments and avoid delays.
• Develop and maintain a weekly supplier payment schedule weeks in advance, aligning payments with container ETAs.
• Oversee and manage a weekly supplier budget in accordance with planned payment schedules.
• Collect and analyze data from the KPI team to enhance budgeting accuracy and financial planning.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors regarding payments, ensuring smooth transactions and resolving discrepancies when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and logistics, to streamline payment processes and maintain efficient cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and maintain accurate records of all transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, financial planning, or supplier/vendor management.
• Strong understanding of supplier payment terms, logistics coordination, and financial scheduling.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial tracking tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience working with international suppliers, especially from China, is a plus.
