Excel Dashboard Revision

I have a dashboard on Excel / Google Sheets that needs enhanced, it currently pulls all data but is combersome and overwhelming when looking at it.

It does pull a lot of data into one area but I feel the right person could improve the funcitonality and appearance to be better understood and more refined.
