Purpose of This Position
The purpose of this position is to provide SVCS’s client with the best customer service so they not only like us but they LOVE us.
Requirements
· Familiarity with the California Department of Real Estate Forms[1]
· Experience with leasing commercial property
· Experience working with legal team and laws around evictions
· If hired, must utilize Time Doctor[2] or similar screen-recoding technology
Responsibilities
Available to work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM San Francisco California time
40+ hours per week + availability when tenants are on tours or moving in
Increase rent collected from $3/SF to $4/SF in 6 to 12 months maximum
Manage move-out process including scheduling inspections, cleaning, and termination agreement preparation
Maintain database of unit photos, leases
Prepare deposit summary
Complete paperwork for collections and eviction process
Send remainders to pay past-due rent
Weekly Reports
Mondays - Priority list with updates on administrative projects
Tuesdays - Late rent reminders
Wednesdays - Collections status
Thursdays - Evictions status
Fridays - Move-out missing document summary
Compensation and Benefits
$500 to $800 USD / month + $50 USD bonus for each unit evicted
20 workdays (1 calendar month) paid time off
