JOB OVERVIEW

Lead the event sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the achievement of revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to generate new business and repeat bookings.

Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision, objectives, and requirements.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and other event partners.

Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, and audiovisual requirements.

Create detailed event timelines and manage schedules to ensure all elements are executed seamlessly.

Oversee event setup, ensuring that all elements are in place according to the client's specifications and brand standards.

Provide on-site coordination and supervision during events to ensure smooth operation and handle any issues that may arise.

Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve our services.

Assist with marketing efforts, including social media content creation and promotional activities.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovation to our events.

Collaborate with the culinary team and other departments to create customized event packages and ensure seamless event execution.

Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to promote event services and increase brand visibility.

Conduct virtual site tours and virtual client meetings to showcase venue capabilities and address client needs and preferences.

Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements in accordance with club policies and procedures.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in event services.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections using CRM software or other relevant tools.

Ensure compliance with all club policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to event sales and operations.
