Job Description:
We are seeking an Event Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in helping us connect with potential attendees who would benefit from participating in our events. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data scraping, outreach, and copywriting, ensuring our messaging resonates with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
The role involves scraping and collecting prospect data using tools such as Apollo, Clay, and Store Leads, followed by sending personalized outreach messages to potential event attendees via LinkedIn, Twitter, and email. You will track and analyze outreach data to enhance the effectiveness of future campaigns, continuously optimizing strategies based on performance metrics. Collaboration with the team is essential to refine targeting criteria and messaging, while leveraging your copywriting skills to craft compelling and persuasive outreach content.

Qualifications:
At least 1 yr. of proven experience with data scraping tools and outbound outreach, preferably in an event marketing or sales context.
At least 1 yr. of work experience and proficiency in data tracking and analysis, with the ability to draw actionable insights.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and personalized messages.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
