Salary: Based upon experience. For full time / 40 hours per week, $250 USD is the minimum.

About the Role:
I am seeking a creative and driven professional to lead the design and management of an Etsy print on demand t-shirt store. This individual will be responsible for creating eye-catching designs, managing store operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Whether you're an experienced professional or someone eager to grow and prove your skills in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, I recognize that no candidate is perfect—and I value passion, growth, and the willingness to learn as much as I do experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Create unique and trend-savvy t-shirt designs.
• Stay current on design trends, popular culture, and customer preferences.
• Prepare designs in print-ready formats and ensure quality across various products.
• Oversee the daily operations of our Etsy store, including listing new products, updating existing listings, and managing inventory.
• Check and reply to customer messages at least 5 days per week.
• Optimize product listings with effective SEO, descriptions, tags, and high-quality imagery.
• Monitor store performance and provide regular updates on sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with our print on demand partners to ensure prints meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot issues related to product production, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Handle order processing, customer inquiries, and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory updates, and design files.
• Provide insights and reports on store performance and market trends to inform business decisions.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably with a portfolio that showcases t-shirt designs or apparel artwork.
• Familiarity with Etsy as a platform, including its policies, SEO best practices, and store management tools.
• Experience with print on demand services and design preparation software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
• Self-disciplined and capable of managing time and priorities independently.
• Must have your own working computer.
