Estimator / BoQ / Job scheduling
Melbourne, Australia based residential building company looking for a virtual Assistant. The successful applicant will complete day-to-day Estimating, bill of quantities and job scheduling tasks to help our office run efficiently. You will work closely with the managers daily in a rewarding working environment, and your income will be based on your previous experience with the ability to grow with the company.
Administration tasks
• Estimating
• Bill of quantities
• Job tracking – back costing
• Job Gantt chart organising
• Preliminary agreements
• Data entry
• Sending estimates / quotes to clients
• Receiving quotes from subcontractors / suppliers
• Job scope of works to send to clients
Position requirements
• Proficient with MS office (EXCEL, word, teams, projects.)
• Microsoft projects software – Must
• Bluebeam software – Must
• Estimating software – must
• Speak very good English
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
• Applicant must have a positive attitude towards change
• Able to identify the need, remove the barriers
• Values diversity of ideas, opinions, and people
• Has good common sense and applied logic
