Job Description:
The Estimator collaborates with clients and internal teams to develop a comprehensive quote for the most appropriate product and service combination, aligned with the client's specific requirements. This role also entails resolving client inquiries and concerns regarding product and service offerings to ensure a clear understanding and informed decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities. Role:
Estimator Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop accurate and comprehensive quotes, ensuring alignment with client needs and project specifications. Address client inquiries and concerns regarding product and service offerings, providing clear explanations for informed decision-making. Assess vendor pricing, labor costs, and profit margins to create competitive and precise estimates.

Qualification:
Technical Skills: - Knowledge of various types of computers, servers, storage devices, networking equipment, operating systems, and popular software applications. - The ability to understanding the different types of IT services offered by MSPs, such as managed security, cloud services, network support, and help desk services. Business Skills: - The ability to understanding vendor pricing, labor costs, and profit margins to create accurate and competitive quotes. - Being able to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences is crucial. - Familiarity with tools like Excel, Ticketing/CRM software, and quoting software is essential. - Strong analytical skills - Knowledge of how to find hardware and software at competitive prices. - An individual who can strictly follow instructions, policies, and procedures given; reporting any issues or mishaps encountered along the way.

Experience:
Require 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as IT support, sales, or procurement.
