Estate Planning drafting Virtual Assistant

We're on the lookout for a talented and detail-oriented drafting specialist to join our awesome team! Your main gig will be creating solid estate plans, elder law documents, LLC formation papers, and deeds. If you’ve got at least a year of experience using WealthCounsel software, we want to hear from you!

In this key role, you'll be responsible for making sure all legal documents not only meet the necessary legal standards but also cater to the unique needs of our clients. This means chatting with clients to gather important info, understanding what they want, and turning that into clear, legally sound documents.

You’ll be drafting a variety of important papers, like wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and other legal stuff related to estate planning and elder law.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be super detail-oriented to ensure everything is accurate and clear. Good communication skills are a must, as you’ll be regularly talking with clients, attorneys, and other professionals about complex legal topics and keeping everyone updated on document progress. Being able to work independently is key, as you'll often juggle multiple projects at once, so great time management and organizational skills are important.
