Location: Remote but requires a fast & stable internet connection, and a good laptop with newer batteries to last during power outages.

Experience: Some experience of making phone calls to the US would be nice but not required.

Salary: $3 per hour + yearly performance bonus

Hours: Shift begins at 8 am ET (NY Time)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching properties, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and supporting various administrative tasks. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as any errors in data entry could have significant financial implications.

--Enter data accurately into our CRM
--Assist with administrative tasks as needed
--Collaborate with the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
