Entry Level Customer Support

Hello!

We are a growing social media marketing agency serving clients worldwide. Our team of 18 is dynamic, motivated, and primarily based in the Philippines. To meet the demands of our expanding clientele, we’re looking to add a new member to our social media marketing team to assist as a customer chat representative.

This is an entry-level role, and no prior experience is needed. We will provide all the training required for you to excel in this position.

Your main responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat messaging applications and ensure their needs are met.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• A high-performance PC or laptop.
• A stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• An organized and distraction-free workspace.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Saturday, working 8 hours a day. Compensation is commission-based, with $1 paid per customer handled. Based on current volumes, you can expect to handle 500-600 customers per month, which means a monthly salary of $500 to $600. If you handle fewer than 500 customers, a fixed salary of $500 will be provided.
