Job Title: Entry-Level Credit Repair Tea
Job Description:

We are seeking entry-level tea
Responsibilities:
• Perform over-the-phone credit disputes using a provided script.
• Manage a call list and organize tasks using Trello boards.
• Perform data entry on the following platforms:

• CFPB website
• FTC website
•
• Submit FTC forms when required (training provided).
• Accurately update Google Drive folders with relevant information.
• Handle 1-3 profiles per day, ensuring detailed and accurate work.
• Be available and active during your assigned shift for consistent and efficient dialing.
Hours of Operation:
The following hours are critical for performing disputes and ensuring tasks are completed within the bureau and agency hours of operation:
• TransUnion: 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. EST
• Equifax: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST
• Experian: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST
• CFPB: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST
Shifts:
We offer two work shifts to ensure availability during these hours. Please do not apply if you cannot meet the requirements of Shift 1 or Shift 2:
• Shift 1: 6:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. CST
• Shift 2: 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. CST
Your availability during these hours ensures that calls are made when the bureaus are open and ensures your availability during the hours that clients are active in communication with our staff.
Training:
No prior credit repair experience is required. As part of the training, you will learn:
• A simple script to remove negative items such as collections, bankruptcies, and late payments.
• How to effectively organize and manage work using Trello boards and Google Drive folders.
• How to efficiently handle and complete 1-3 profiles per day.
Compensation:
• $50 weekly base pay.
• $10 per increased sweep.
• $20 per full credit report sweep (completed credit report).
• Earning potential: Up to $200 per week, based on performance and completed profiles.
• Additional perks:
• Even during weeks you’re unable to work fully, you may still receive base pay if sufficient tasks are completed.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service and data entry.
• Access to a phone for making calls.
• Ability to stay focused for 4-6 hours at a time.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Availability for Shift 1 (6:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. CST) or Shift 2 (12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. CST).
• Commitment to being active and readily available during assigned shifts.
