In this role, you will:

Be the friendly voice welcoming potential clients to Taylored Legacy.
Follow our clear and concise script VERBATIM to effectively introduce yourself, the agency, and the reason for the call.
Engage in positive and professional conversations, guiding callers towards understanding how our services can benefit them.
Secure their agreement to be transferred to a licensed agent in their state for a personalized consultation.
Contribute to a fast-paced environment by hitting your daily call volume targets.

We're looking for someone who:
Exudes positivity and confidence over the phone.
Has a clear and articulate speaking voice.
Is a master of active listening and understanding caller needs.
