Entry-Level Accounting Assistant

Hey there! We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented person to join our team as an Entry-Level Accounting Assistant. If you're just starting out in your accounting career and are eager to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The position is part-time, Monday through Friday, 5 hours a day from 3:00AM to 8:00AM (Philippine Standard Time).

What You'll Do:
- Handle accounts receivable tasks, making sure our client's payments' are processed smoothly.
- Enter data into Quickbooks, keeping our records accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with other accounting duties as needed, helping our team stay organized and efficient.

What we're looking for:
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
