About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Account Executive. In this role, you’ll start by mastering the fundamentals of client outreach and cold calling, supported by hands-on training and mentoring. As you demonstrate progress and results, you’ll transition into more advanced responsibilities, earning increased bonuses and opportunities for professional development.

This is a perfect role for someone with a solid foundation in communication and sales but who is eager to grow and excel in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
Phase 1: Learning and Mastery of Cold Calling
-Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our funding solutions.
-Learn and apply proven scripts and techniques to effectively engage clients.
-Qualify leads and set appointments for senior team members as needed.
-Handle objections and build initial rapport with clients.

Phase 2: Transition to Advanced Responsibilities (Upon Demonstrating Progress)
-Manage a portfolio of clients and guide them through the funding process.
-Negotiate terms and close deals independently.
-Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.
-Actively contribute to business development strategies and campaigns.
