Job Description:
I am looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented digital marketer to support my speaking and podcast business. This remote position requires a versatile candidate who can execute weekly tasks with creativity and efficiency. You will be responsible for driving business growth through content creation, email marketing, video editing, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing: Design eye-catching, brand-aligned email campaigns using Mailchimp, including promotional materials for my speaking services and podcast episodes.
• Video Editing & YouTube: Edit podcast videos for YouTube, ensuring professional-quality content. Create engaging YouTube thumbnails and optimize videos for SEO. Excellent video editing skills and strategic posting to YouTube channel a must.
Email List Building: Research, compile, and grow targeted email lists through emails I provide, website sign-ups, and lead generation research aimed at my ideal demographic.
• Lead Generation: Utilize email marketing and social media platforms to generate leads and attract potential speaking engagements and podcast listeners.
• Social Media Management: Post short-form videos on platforms like Hootsuite (or similar) to increase engagement and attract a relevant audience.
Requirements:
• Excellent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in Video Editing: Proficient with YouTube video editing, creating thumbnails, and SEO optimization.
Email Marketing: Experience using Mailchimp and strong understanding of email list segmentation and campaign execution.
• Lead Generation: Proven experience with lead generation strategies, targeting the right demographic.
• Social Media: Strong experience in short-form video posting and social media management tools.
• Copywriting: Strong copywriting skills for emails, video descriptions, and social media posts.

As podcast and business grows, I will need assistance with guest coordination and collection of documents for the taping.
