Enrollment Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Enrollment Specialist to join our team! You will play a crucial role in driving course enrollments through strategic outreach, lead qualification, and community engagement. If you have strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and experience in sales or lead generation, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Outreach & Lead Generation
- Conduct 100 cold outreach attempts daily via LinkedIn, email, and social media.
- Execute 50 warm outreach attempts daily to engage and nurture existing leads.
- Qualify and add 5+ leads to our waitlist every day.
- Community & CRM Management
- Add 10 new members to our Facebook group daily to build community engagement.
- Ensure 20+ new leads are added to HubSpot daily for follow-up and tracking.
- Post-Course Launch (January Onwards):
- Generate 50-100 new leads per week who meet qualification criteria.
- Achieve a 20-30% response rate on outreach messages.
- Book 5-10 consultations or meetings weekly with new leads ($20 commission per qualified meeting).
- Convert 15-20% of leads to the next stage in the sales funnel.
- Ensure 1 course enrollment ($297+) per week ($100 commission per enrollment).
- Add 100 qualified leads to HubSpot per week.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with CRM experience (HubSpot is a plus).
- Comfortable with cold outreach and social media engagement.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to exceed targets.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.

Performance-Based Commissions:
- $20 bonus per qualified person who shows up to the meeting.
- $750 if they enroll In the Zero To I.T. Hero Program.
- 20$ commission for every course enrollment starting at 297$ -997$
- 100$ Commissions on courses 1999$+
- 10$ commission for every coaching call book at 197$
- 50$ commissions for coaching calls 999$+
- 350$ commission for elite tier coaching
