Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Remote English Teacher to teach English to English as Second Language (ESL) children living in poverty in Cambodia. As a Remote English Teacher, you will be responsible for providing quality online English language instruction to students of all ages.
This is A GROUP CLASS SETTING.
Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver online English lessons to students in Cambodia
* Develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the needs of ESL learners
* Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
* Use technology to enhance online teaching and learning experience
* Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to provide a positive and supportive learning environment
* Building rapport and providing a positive learning experience for each student
* Assessing student progress and providing feedback to help them improve
* Adapting teaching methods as needed to suit the needs of each student
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Education, English or related field
* A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language to children
* Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
* Experience teaching online and using educational technology
* Passionate about helping children living in poverty to learn English and improve their lives
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate the time difference between Cambodia and your location
