We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiter to join our team and support our hiring efforts in both English and Spanish-speaking markets.
Job Summary: The Bilingual Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for bilingual candidates. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract bilingual candidates.
2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
3. Conduct initial screenings and interviews in both English and Spanish.
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Manage job postings and ensure accurate job descriptions are posted in both languages.
6. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
8. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job-specific recruitment plans.
9. Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to attract diverse talent.
10. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
Qualifications:
-Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
-1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
-Experience recruiting bilingual candidates is a plus.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
-Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
