Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and recommendations on boiler control systems and energy optimization strategies.
Offer prompt and effective troubleshooting support for any control system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum client satisfaction.
Utilize our data analytics platform, AXXON, to provide actionable insights into system performance and energy consumption, empowering clients to make informed decisions.
Respond to alerts and alarms on a timely basis and ensure handover of issues to respective internal teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in boiler controls and heating plant systems.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical clients in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
Strong knowledge of boiler operations, control systems, and energy efficiency strategies.
Familiarity with NYC energy codes and regulations, ensuring client systems meet or exceed local standards.
Experience with data-driven energy optimization and analytics, providing clients with clear insights into system performance.
Proficiency in control systems such as AXXON or similar platforms is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
