Title: Analyst – End User Support

Job Description:

Technician - Analyst for End User Department

Roles and Responsibilities:

IT support analyst, helps customers with technical issues related to computer hardware or software.

Responsibilities include:

Troubleshooting: Diagnosing technical issues and troubleshooting computer systems
Installation: Installing new hardware, software, and operating systems
Training: Training users on how to use new software and hardware
Maintenance: Monitoring and maintaining computer systems
Recommendations: Making recommendations on how to improve an organization's computer systems
Documentation: Documenting issues and resolutions for future reference
Communication: Answering and responding to customer inquiries, calls, emails, and chat messages
Collaboration: Assisting senior support staff, like Technical Specialists, Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers.
Technical support Analysts may work with a variety of department, including Admin, Logistics, Finance, etc..

Qualification:

Proficient in English both verbal and written
Strong customer focus
Understanding of computer applications, hardware, and software
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Compassionate listening
Positive, can-do attitude
Adequate typing and data entry skills

Experience:

Preferably with Experience at least 6 months as an IT Support Rep
