Email & Campaign Specialist Needed – Outlook Setup, DNS, DMARC, Lead Management & Smartlead Transfers
We are looking for an experienced email and campaign specialist to set up and manage our email systems, lead transfers, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Set up 20 Outlook business emails and ensure proper configuration.
Fix DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and ensure inbox security.
Transfer and set up emails in Smartlead to ensure smooth deliverability.
Organize and filter leads in Excel, then integrate them into campaigns.
Monitor and report daily on email and campaign status.
Warm up inboxes and ensure proper email deliverability.
Check campaign replies, optimize messaging, and analyze performance.
Set up and manage new campaigns, including messaging templates.

Requirements:
Experience with Outlook email setup, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Proven experience with Smartlead and email warming strategies.
Strong Excel and lead management skills.
Ability to analyze email performance and optimize campaigns.
Detail-oriented and able to report campaign insights daily.
