We are seeking an experienced and skilled Email Marketing Specialist to help us cultivate and convert leads through strategic email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various email marketing platforms and a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including compliance with CAN-SPAM Act regulations.

**Job Overview:**
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns across different platforms. You will work with raw opt-in email lists and develop strategies to cultivate and convert leads. The position requires someone with a deep understanding of how to leverage various email marketing tools and adhere to email marketing regulations to ensure effective and compliant campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Platform Expertise:** Manage email campaigns across multiple platforms such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, Constant Contact, and others. Ensure optimal use of each platform’s tools and features.
- **Email List Management:** Work with raw opt-in email lists to segment audiences and target potential leads effectively.
- **Campaign Strategy & Execution:** Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- **Lead Cultivation:** Nurture leads from email campaigns, focusing on increasing engagement and conversion rates.
- **CAN-SPAM Compliance:** Ensure that all email campaigns are fully compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act and other email marketing regulations.
- **A/B Testing & Optimization:** Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, email content, and other elements to improve campaign performance.
- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Report on the success of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding in all email communications.

**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** 2-3 years of experience in email marketing, with proven expertise across multiple email platforms.
- **Platform Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of popular email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc.
- **Compliance:** Strong understanding of CAN-SPAM laws and email marketing best practices.
- **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve email campaign performance.
- **Lead Generation:** Proven experience in using email marketing to cultivate and convert leads.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
