JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with expertise in??email and SMS marketing using Klaviyo to support an e-commerce CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) coffee brand. This role involves auditing, optimizing, and creating effective marketing flows and campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have basic graphic design skills for creating professional email layouts, an analytical mindset with a passion for data and A/B testing, and an ability to set up accurate tracking systems to measure performance. Experience in food and beverage e-commerce or related CPG sectors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
Klaviyo Email Marketing
Audit, optimize, and maintain existing Klaviyo automations, including:
Welcome series
Post-purchase flows
Win-back campaigns
Abandoned cart flows
Design visually appealing email layouts using basic graphic design skills to ensure brand consistency.
Implement A/B testing for subject lines, designs, and calls-to-action to improve engagement and conversions.
Create new email campaigns tailored for seasonal promotions (e.g., holiday gift boxes) and product launches.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, including click-through rates, conversions, and revenue generated.
SMS Campaign Management
Develop and execute SMS campaigns integrated with Klaviyo.
Ensure segmentation strategies align with email campaigns for consistency.
Track and analyze SMS performance metrics to optimize engagement.
Data & Tracking
Set up and optimize tracking integrations to ensure proper attribution for sales via email and SMS.
Analyze data to provide insights into customer lifetime value (LTV), retention rates, and performance by channel.
Suggest data-driven improvements to enhance customer experience and maximize ROI.
E-commerce Platform Support
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns with Shopify and other sales channels.
Provide light customer service support for email inquiries related to marketing campaigns (as needed).
Fair.com Integration
Leverage Fair.com’s marketing tools to increase B2B sales and customer retention.
Upload and manage existing email lists on Fair.com to optimize promotional opportunities.

Qualifications:
Required:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing, specifically with Klaviyo for e-commerce.
Skills:
Proficiency in Klaviyo features and automation tools.
Strong understanding of data analytics, tracking setup, and attribution methods.
Passion for data analysis and a track record of improving metrics through A/B testing.
Basic graphic design skills to create professional email layouts.
Familiarity with Shopify and its ecosystem.

Experience:
Food and beverage or CPG industry experience.
SMS marketing, particularly within Klaviyo.
Tools like HotJar or Lucky Orange for user behavior analysis.
B2B platforms like Fair.com.
