Email Marketing VA

We are looking for a motivated email marketer join our food blog team. This role requires someone who is able to strategically manage a high volume of content and read analytics to make performance-based decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and admin our current email structure
Manage content schedules for three brands (food blogs).
Balance new, seasonal and evergreen content.
Improve sales of digital products by creating evergreen sales sequences.

Required qualities:
Strong English writing skills
Ability to keep projects organized, meet timelines, and coordinate with team members.
Familiarity with basic analytics to track performance.
Solid organizational and time management skills.

Preferably, you also have some or all of these skills:
Strong copywriting skills
Previous email marketing experience
Experience with Kit (formally ConvertKit)
Proficiency with ClickUp or similar tools to manage campaigns, deadlines, and team collaboration.

Job Details:
This is a full-time role: 8 hours/day, Monday through Friday, starting In December.
You need to be available 9am-1pm GMT-5, other working hours are ideally before but may also be after. Those are flexible.
Starting pay is $3.50/hour, with performance based opportunities for raises, the first one happens after 6 weeks.
If you are hired, you cannot be employed elsewhere at the same time.
