Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo Expert)

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our email marketing strategy using Klaviyo.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop & manage email campaigns – Create and schedule campaigns, automation flows, and A/B tests to maximize engagement and revenue.

List segmentation & management – Optimize audience segmentation for better targeting and improved deliverability.


Email design & copywriting – Create engaging, high-converting email designs and copy that align with our brand voice.

Analyze & report performance – Track key email metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize based on data insights.
Cart abandonment & post-purchase flows – Improve recovery rates through high-performing automated flows.

Deliverability & compliance – Ensure our emails land in inboxes, following best practices for deliverability.

Requirements:
? Expert in Klaviyo – Strong experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing email flows & campaigns.
? E-commerce experience – Preferably with Shopify brands.
? Proven track record – Show past email campaign results (increased revenue, engagement, etc.).
? Strong copywriting & design skills – Ability to create compelling emails with persuasive messaging.
? Data-driven mindset – Ability to analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize.
? Fluent in English – Strong written communication skills.
? Fast turnaround time – Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
