Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute
- Continuously refine campaigns to enhance engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Developed and managed automation workflows for seamless drip campaigns and triggered
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Work with the creative team to ensure all materials align with DAP Brands' identity and maintain brand consistency.
- Understand customer journeys to optimize touchpoints and improve engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts, support lead nurturing, and ensure sales accountability.
Qualifications:
- Proven knowledge of
- Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing drip campaigns and workflows.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting campaign performance.
- Detail-oriented with experience in QA (quality assurance) to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Creativity to design and format newsletters and other customer-facing materials.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and their integrations.
- Understand sales accountability practices and tools.
- Basic knowledge of customer journey mapping.
- Bonus: Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus but not required.
