Provinziano & Associates is a respected family law practice dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are looking for a skilled and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team on a part-time basis and help grow our email marketing initiatives.

Position Overview
The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our email marketing campaigns. This role is crucial in nurturing leads, engaging with current and potential clients, and driving conversions through effective email communication strategies. The specialist will focus on creating segmented emails for different audiences and stages in the client journey.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with our overall marketing goals
2. Create engaging, personalized email content for various campaigns and audience segments
3. Design and implement segmented email campaigns for different stages of the client journey
4. Design and build responsive email templates that reflect our brand identity
5. Manage and segment our email lists to ensure targeted and relevant communication
6. Implement A/B testing to optimize email performance (subject lines, content, send times, etc.)
7. Monitor and analyze email campaign metrics, providing regular performance reports
8. Continuously improve email marketing performance through data-driven insights
9. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
10. Collaborate with other marketing teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to align email efforts with overall marketing strategies
11. Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and implement innovative tactics to improve results

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing
• Strong proficiency in English language, including excellent writing and editing skills
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Experience with email design and HTML coding for emails
• Understanding of email marketing metrics and ability to derive insights from data
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with email marketing
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM)
• Experience in creating segmented email campaigns for different audience groups and stages in the customer journey

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the legal industry, particularly family law
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools
• Knowledge of basic graphic design principles and experience with design tools
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and lead nurturing strategies

Additional Information
• This is a part-time position with an expected monthly total of 40 hours
• Work hours may vary based on project needs (e.g., one week might require 20-30 hours, while the rest of the month might only require 10 hours total)
• Flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work
