We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist with experience in Klaviyo to join our team. This role is essential in driving our email marketing efforts, focusing on long-form, text-driven emails that deliver high engagement and maintain excellent inbox deliverability.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and Execute Email Campaigns: Create and manage long-form, text-driven email campaigns that resonate with our audience, driving engagement and conversions without relying on heavy imagery.

-Maintain Inbox Deliverability: Monitor and optimize email deliverability, ensuring our messages land in inboxes, not spam folders. Use best practices to avoid common deliverability pitfalls and maintain high open rates.

-Domain Health Management: Oversee domain reputation and health, implementing strategies to prevent blacklisting and ensure consistent inbox placement. Regularly assess and update domain configurations to support email campaign success.

-Content Creation: Write compelling and informative email copy that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives. Tailor content to different segments of our audience to maximize relevance and engagement.

-A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct regular A/B tests on subject lines, email content, and send times to continuously improve performance. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve campaign goals.

-Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to the marketing team.

-Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing laws.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on long-form, text-driven content.
-Expertise in inbox deliverability strategies and maintaining domain health.
-Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging, persuasive content.
-Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).
-Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and reporting.
-Understanding of email marketing regulations and compliance.
-Excellent organizational and project management skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
