- Utilise our approx. 50k opt in Email marketing secure database to send offer to prospects and past clients daily. Have an unsubscribe to remove from database and they go to a unsubscribed listing.
- Recommend free software to utilise and analysis 50k email statistics daily.
- setup the EDM software and add our database.
- perform tests that we will add a dozen test accounts to ensure gets past most spam filters. Do not expect to get past all.
- Help Develop x7 Templates that are likely to get past most Spam filters.
- Utilise a set of Emails in which a different day of the week will use a different email on the database to assist tracking.
- Recommend server Pros to upgrade and secure as needed.
- Advise the range of IPs or other method to use so not using same IP Address every day. Prefer IP Address changes daily on server.
* Please note that the person setting up we will allocate fixed hours per week to monitor and advise responses. Also, advise how to improve response rates.
