We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Email Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in leading our email marketing strategies to elevate our market presence, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. This dynamic position calls for a unique blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a profound understanding of email marketing tools and best practices.

What you'll be doing
- Email Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B email marketing strategy aligned with our business goals.
- A/B Testing: Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for cold email campaigns, monitor test performance and make real-time adjustments.
- Copy Optimisation: Review and enhance email copywriting to improve engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Email Health: Monitor and maintain the health of our email list, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Segmentation: Implement effective segmentation strategies to deliver personalised content to our potential client list.
- Automation: Utilise email automation tools to streamline campaigns and workflows.
- Reporting: Track and analyse email metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our other marketing teams to align email marketing with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay Current: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our email marketing efforts innovative and effective.

What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager.
- An experienced copywriter with a keen eye for data-driven results.
- Can craft compelling copy for cold E-mails, coupled with a strong focus on data-driven insights and key performance indicators.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and strategies.
- Experience in direct mail marketing/campaigns is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in email marketing software and automation tools. Experience in LemList is a plus.
- Experience in building sales funnels and creating landing pages.
- Skills in general marketing and email copywriting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- A creative thinker who can develop engaging email campaigns.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
