Email Designer

We are a Top-rated US-based digital marketing agency looking to add a highly experienced, detailed, and organized Email Marketing Designer to join our team. The Email Production Specialist is responsible for coordinating all tactical elements of the email marketing campaigns. This includes receiving creative and data/html files, uploading and building email campaigns, creating segments and automations, executing tests and QA, scheduling and executing sends within multiple Email Service Providers (ESPs).

Responsibilities:
Designing and creating visually appealing and effective email marketing campaigns.
• Designing graphic elements, selecting appropriate color schemes, and creating engaging layouts that drive traffic to the website.
• Organizing and coordinating digital assets for an email campaign or digital marketing advertisement.
• Using existing HTML email layouts or building HTML emails that are creative and eye-catching.
• Using cascading style sheets (CSS) to format the email’s content.
• Creating well-written copy that is free from mistakes.
• Collaborating with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs.
• Maintaining a database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondence.
• Distributing emails through the use of automation software.
• Monitoring and reporting on the utility of each campaign.


Must have experience and proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design
• 4+ years of experience in dedicated email marketing designs
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate, and AfterEffects or other creative suites
• 2+ years of experience in HTML5 interactive ad design
• 2+ years of experience with email copywriting and flowing
• 1+ years of email experience in the Direct-to-Consumer (B2C design work)
• Experience with free-hand design of custom elements
