JOB OVERVIEW

Do you have a passion for crafting high-converting email flows and campaigns that drive sales? Are you a Klaviyo pro who loves strategy as much as execution? We’re on the lookout for a Klaviyo Expert to manage flows, signup forms, and campaigns across a portfolio of ecommerce brands. You’ll be at the forefront of creative email strategies, driving engagement, retention, and revenue.

What You’ll Do:
Own the Email Strategy: Design and execute automated email flows and campaigns for a range of ecommerce brands. From welcome sequences to abandoned cart flows, you’ll optimize every stage of the customer journey.
Creative Campaign Planning: Collaborate with the team on promotion and content pillar planning. You’ll help map out seasonal campaigns, product launches, and sales promotions, ensuring our messaging is always fresh and on-brand.
Manage Signup Forms & Segmentation: Build and optimize email signup forms to grow lists and improve conversion rates. Manage audience segmentation to ensure emails hit the right inbox at the right time.
A/B Testing & Iteration: Continuously A/B test flows, campaigns, subject lines, and creative assets to maximize performance. You’ll analyze results and tweak strategies for continuous improvement.
KPI Monitoring: Keep a close eye on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. You’ll generate reports to measure success and identify areas for optimization.
Stay on Trend: Stay up to date with the latest in email marketing, deliverability best practices, and remarketing strategies. We want you to keep us ahead of the curve!
Design Beautiful Emails: Create visually appealing emails and templates that align with brand aesthetics. You’ll have a good design eye and be comfortable working with graphic design tools to make emails that look as good as they convert.

Tools & Tech:

Email
Marketing Platform: Klaviyo (duh!) – you know it inside and out
Design Tools: Canva, Photoshop, or other design software to create great-looking emails
Data & Analytics: Google Analytics, Klaviyo’s built-in reporting, or similar tools for tracking performance
Bonus points if you’ve worked with other email platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Omnisend

Strategic Thinker: You don’t just push buttons—you understand the “why” behind campaigns and can help shape the email marketing strategy for long-term success.
Creative & Design-Oriented: You’ve got a good eye for design and can create visually stunning emails that resonate with audiences.
Data-Driven: You love tracking results, testing new ideas, and iterating to improve. Numbers don’t scare you—they excite you!
Adaptable & Curious: You’re comfortable with the fast pace of ecommerce and can quickly adapt to new trends, tools, and strategies.
Self-Starter: You take ownership of your work and don’t need hand-holding. You see what needs to be done and get to it.
