Responsibilities:

- Write persuasive, high-converting email copy that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
- Design and segment email lists to ensure targeted messaging.
- Create automation sequences, drip campaigns, and promotional emails.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, and CTAs to optimize performance.
- Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to enhance email visuals and content.
- Stay updated on industry trends, email marketing best practices, and compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Requirements:
- Proven experience in email marketing and copywriting.
- Strong understanding of email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent writing skills with a knack for persuasive, engaging copy.
- Knowledge of email segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies.
- Experience in A/B testing and email performance analysis.
