We're a growing skincare boutique in Fort Collins, CO, looking for a dedicated Email Marketer to join our team and help us scale our marketing efforts, particularly through the strategic use of email funnels.

Role Overview:
As an Email Marketer, you will be instrumental in developing and executing email marketing campaigns that engage our audience and drive business growth. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing funnels, creating compelling content, and using ConvertKit to manage our subscriber lists and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Funnel Marketing: Design and implement email funnels that nurture leads and convert prospects into loyal clients.
- Email Campaign Management: Plan, create, and schedule email campaigns in ConvertKit, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and optimize email content for maximum engagement and conversions.
- Subscriber Management:Maintain and segment subscriber lists, ensuring data integrity and relevance.
- Analytics and Reporting:Track and analyze email performance, providing actionable insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in email marketing with a focus on funnel marketing.
- ConvertKit Expertise: Strong working knowledge of ConvertKit, including automation, tagging, and segmentation.
- Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft compelling email copy that resonates with our audience.
- Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the skincare or wellness industry.
- Knowledge of other email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
