JOB OVERVIEW

We are a dropshipping company operating 7 stores, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Email Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time remote position, requiring 7 days of work per week.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via email promptly.
-Provide accurate and clear information regarding products, orders, shipping, returns, and refunds.
-Handle and resolve disputes on platforms like Klarna and PayPal.
-Use DeepL to translate and respond to customers in multiple languages, ensuring accurate communication.
-Track and follow up on open customer issues until they are resolved.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
-Collaborate with the sales and product teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a professional tone in all communications.

Requirements:

-Experience in email customer support (preferably in e-commerce or drop shipping).
-Strong written communication skills in English.
-Ability to use DeepL for translation and response in different languages.
-Ability to handle multiple email inquiries and respond within set deadlines.
-Honesty and punctuality are a must – we expect clear communication and on-time delivery.
-Basic knowledge of dispute resolution on Klarna or PayPal is a plus.
-Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work 7 days a week, with flexible hours to meet customer needs.

Salary:
- Starts at USD 2.5 per hour, with growth opportunities based on performance.
