Email Customer Support - Dropshipping - Shopify Brand

Hello,

Nice that you are interested and considering this position. We are currently working with Dutch Customer Service Employees for our 8 Figure+ Dropshipping business.

We are looking for someone who can take over the day shift and answer emails in it that is from 10.00 - 18.00 AMSTERDAM time zone.

What we expect from you:

- Working according to our SOP + Templates, but taking your own initiative
- No standard template emails, but treating the customer with care.
- Neat processing of all refunds in the sheet provided for that purpose.
- Neatly processing the mails in the category they belong in.
- Responding appropriately to incoming mails and making sure you have inbox 0 when your shift is completed
- Handling around 150-250 mails in a shift (8 hours)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support.
