Email Cold Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Email Cold Marketing Specialist with a deep understanding of UK and US markets, particularly targeting large corporates. Your main responsibility will be to generate interest and responses through highly targeted cold email outreach, ensuring accurate lead data and high deliverability.

A huge plus if you can also create landing pages/websites to support lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Email Prospecting
Research and build targeted lead lists focused on large corporates in the UK & US.
Source and verify accurate email addresses using tools like Apollo, Hunter, Upgrade to see actual info, ZoomInfo, etc.
Maintain a clean, well-segmented database to prevent email bounces and spam issues.

2. Cold Email Outreach & Interest Generation
Create and execute highly effective cold email campaigns that generate responses and interest.
Write compelling, personalised email sequences tailored to decision-makers in target industries.
Use A/B testing to optimise subject lines, messaging, and email formats.
Track and report key metrics (open rates, response rates, bounce rates) for ongoing improvements.

3. Email Deliverability & Performance Optimisation
Ensure high email deliverability rates by managing domain reputation, warm-up processes, and spam avoidance.
Use automation tools (e.g., Instantly.ai, Mailshake, Lemlist, Woodpecker) to streamline outreach.
Stay compliant with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations.

4. (Bonus) Website & Landing Page Creation
Ability to create high-converting landing pages/websites to support email marketing efforts.
Experience with Webflow, WordPress, Unbounce, ClickFunnels, etc. is a huge advantage.
Optimise landing pages for lead capture, tracking, and conversion.

Requirements:
? Proven experience in cold email marketing with a track record of generating interest from large UK/US corporates.
? Strong ability to source, verify, and manage accurate email data.
? Expertise in cold email writing and crafting messages that drive engagement.
? Knowledge of email automation tools and lead generation platforms.
? Understanding of email deliverability, domain reputation, and best practices.
? Strong analytical skills to track, optimise, and improve outreach performance.
? Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

? Experience creating landing pages/websites to support lead generation.
? Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach as a secondary lead-generation method.
? Background in B2B enterprise sales or SaaS lead generation.
